Micah begins his article, which is about Keel, MIB and the electronic telephone interference we’re used to hearing about when it comes to UFOs, Mothman and more, with his own eerie synchronicity. Hanks writes:

In fact, we might as well get things off to a good start by adding a heaping dose of synchronicity: just as I was sitting down to write this piece, my phone inexplicably lit up, then shut itself off completely, and restarted. I usually ignore this kind of thing… but for some, it’s enough to keep one’s paranoid fantasies close to the edge for days at a time. With regard to my own situation, this isn’t the only time my phone has appeared to come to life on its own, and activate or deactivate itself arbitrarily. For several months now, I’ve been experiencing a remarkable amount of Keelian weirdness regarding my cellular phone… and in truth, I might as well admit it: I’ve kind of got a history with this sort of thing.

It gets even better, and much weirder! Perfect “Keelian” and Fortean reading!

Usually I post a few vintage images on one of my blogs, but this year, I thought I’d extend that idea, and do a theme kind of thing. Images relating to the theme of my blogs: satan/devil/demons for UFO Mary, pumpkins for Orange Orb, monsters on Alien Art Genre, etc. My goal is to post an image a day but I don’t think I’ll quite get there but it’s fun trying. So in the spirit of themes and Halloween, here’s a Halloween image to enjoy.

Interesting in the context of the UFO sightings there, as well as the fires and drought. Holy humanoids, Batman! Reports of flying beings over South Texas The article discusses not just one, but several stories going back years in the area.

According to their account, it was during April of 2009 when the incident occurred. At the time, the lady of the household was standing in her driveway having a conversation on her cell phone, when she happened to glance up and spotted what appeared to be a huge, dark winged man gliding through the air! Startled and amazed, the woman ran into her house and yelled at her husband and son to come and take a look. All of them were in full agreement that they were in fact watching what appeared to be the form of a man-bat flying by.

The image is definitely surreal and a bit on the creepy side. Actually, she (he?) isn’t headless, exactly, as she seems to have quite a stretchable neck.

Here’s one about Mothman: Communion with the Mothman..

It’s a different kind of Mothman tale in many ways, yet not so much at the same time. Communications between Mothman and humans on profoundly emotional levels seems to be a part of the phenomena for some, as well as premonitions of the Silver Bridge collapse.
